Mike began his career in commercial real estate in 1980. He was a commercial/retail broker with Grubb and Ellis Company until joining a development company in Los Angeles in 1985. Mike was Vice President of Development for Sterik Company and then Vice President and Partner of Sudberry Properties, Inc. Mike began his own development firm in 1995. He has developed properties in Fresno, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Diego California and Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada.
Memberships include: International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).

He has previously worked with Grubb & Ellis Company and Westside Commercial Brokerage Company.

Angela began her career in Southern California Real Estate over 15 years ago as a civil engineer at Project Design Consultants before transitioning to K. Hovnanian Homes, where she worked as Community Manager, Director of Acquisitions and Area Vice President focusing on urban and mixed use projects for the company. Angela is experienced in traditional suburban construction, Type I, Type V and Type III modified construction.
Since departing K. Hovnanian Homes, Angela has worked as a consultant valuing the acquisition of large portfolio real estate assets as well as pricing, scheduling and managing small to medium sized tenant improvement projects and commercial rehabilitation projects.

Colleen has over 30 years of skill and know-how in the commercial real estate and construction industry, working in estimating, preconstruction and construction management positions. Prior to co-founding Boretto + Merrill, she work for several prominent developers and contractors including, Lennar Urban (Vice President), Webcor Builders (Vice President), Swinerton Builders (Director), Pacific Coast Steel (Vice President) and Walter Shorenstein (Project Manager).
